| 英文解釋 | A zero coupon government bond refers to the central government bond which pays no interests before its maturity. It is issued at a discount on its par value and redeemed at par on the maturity date. The difference between the discounted issue price and the par value can be considered as the interest paid to the investors. There have been two issues of zero coupon government bonds, issued in October and November 1995, respectively. [4] |
