Foreign Exchange Reserves as at the End of
May 2008
The foreign exchange reserves of the Republic of China amounted to US$290.07 billion at the end of May 2008, showing an increase of US$693 million from the figure recorded at the end of the previous month.
The main factor responsible for the increase in foreign exchange reserves in May 2008 is returns from foreign exchange reserves management.
