Foreign Exchange Reserves as at the End of
October 2006
The foreign exchange reserves of the Republic of China amounted to US$261.82 billion at the end of October 2006, showing an increase of US$270 million from the figure recorded at the end of the previous month.
The main factor responsible for the increase in foreign exchange reserves in October 2006 is returns from foreign exchange reserves management.
