FOREIGN EXCHANGE RESERVES AS OF JULY 30, 2002

The Foreign Exchange Reserves of the Republic of China amounted to US$155.27 billion at the end of July 2002, showing an increase of US$ 7,030 million from the figure recorded at the end of last month and an increase of US$ 33,061 million from that of the end of last year.
