FOREIGN EXCHANGE RESERVES AS OF MAY 31, 2002


The Foreign Exchange Reserves of the Republic of China amounted to US$139.82 billion at the end of May 2002, showing an increase of US$ 6,887 million from the figure recorded at the end of last month and an increase of US$ 17,610 million from that of the end of last year.
