The 10th Issue of Proof Coin Set

The Central Bank of China will issue the 10th Proof Coin Set on the 29th of January 2002. Each set consists of six proof coins in different denominations as well as a silver medal. The obverse of the medal shows a horse modelled on the brash tri-color glaze pottery of the Tang dynasty. The reverse of the medal depicts the Chinese classical fiction ¡¥Journey to the West'. Each proof coin set costs NT$1000.

The Bank of Taiwan is appointed as the delegate of the Central Bank of China to deal with the sale of the proof coin sets.
