Issuance and Auction Plan of CBC-Issued Certificates of Deposit (Q4 2026)
1. In view of recent liquidity conditions in the banking system and banks' asset allocation needs, the Bank will reduce the monthly auction amount of 364-day certificates of deposit (CDs) from NT$120 billion to NT$110 billion, effective October 2026. The monthly auction amount of 2-year CDs remains unchanged.
2.The Bank's plan of its CDs for the fourth quarter of 2026 is as follows. The information listed is subject to change; any modifications will be announced separately by the Bank.

2. The Bank will reconfirm the relevant auction information through the "CBC open market operations network system" at 8:45 a.m. on the respective auction dates.
3. Auction specifications are as follows:
- Auction method: Multiple-rate auction.
- Eligible counterparties: Banks, credit cooperatives, bills finance companies, and Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd.
- Maximum allocation: The total allocation for each bidder shall not exceed 30% of the total offering amount per auction.
- Other relevant matters shall be governed by the "Directions for Open Market Operations by the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan)."
4. The auction information of CDs for the first quarter of 2027 is currently scheduled for release on December 24, 2026.
