How much shall I pay for a CGS transfer?
I. If you and your counterparty are the customers of the same clearing bank, i.e. an intrabank transfer:
Intrabank transfers are usually free of charge except the issue of a RP certificate. However, clearing banks charge account maintenance fees based on the balance in your securities account.
II. If you and your counterparty are the customers of different clearing banks, i.e. an interbank transfer:
When initiating a transfer, you shall pay the fees based on the kind of transfers and the amount you transfer. However, some transfers are free of charge.
1. DVP funds transfers:NT$17 per transfer

(1) Transfers subject to charge:Transfers including title transfer, restricted transfer, lodgment, bond stripping and reconstitution are charged fees as listed in the following fee schedule:
