The Governor is the chairman of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for executing the decisions made by the Board, as well as all the operations of the Bank. The Governor is appointed for a term of five years and may be reappointed when the term expires. Two Deputy Governors assist the Governor in handling the Bank's affairs. They are also appointed for a term of five years and may be reappointed upon the expiration of their terms.
